Job Description
SBM Offshore is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to implement HR processes and policies at country level, partnering with Managers and Employees on Human Resources related matters, with a focus on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, analytics and reporting, and business partnering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRBP roles or HR advisor positions.
