ScaleSource is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to work remotely. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role and is fluent in CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho. The role involves managing customer touchpoints and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role
• CRM fluency: HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or equivalent
• VoIP experience: RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage 40+ daily customer touchpoints
• Strong spoken English
• Demonstrated complaint handling and de-escalation
