We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role, with CRM fluency and VoIP experience. They will be responsible for managing 40+ daily customer touchpoints, handling calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role
- CRM fluency: HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or equivalent
- VoIP experience: RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage 40+ daily customer touchpoints without task management reminders
- Strong spoken English: warm, clear, and professional enough for live U.S. client calls
- Demonstrated complaint handling and de-escalation
