Account Executive (Aerospace)

Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is looking for a dynamic and team-based company with opportunity for development. The Account Executive (Aerospace) role is a dynamic and technically challenging position that requires a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or similar degree, and 5 years experience in aerospace or a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to product quality.

Requirements

• Quote new product and design changes.
• Review customer blueprints, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Advise customers on bearing design and manufacture.
• Flow customer requirements to internal teams and ensure adherence
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service through timely and professional communication, both virtually and in-person.
• Support the delivery of products through coordination of supply chain, customer approvals, and new qualifications.
• Manage the successful introduction of new product to the production environment using Advanced Product Quality Planning.
• Prepare and conduct negotiations related to product quantities, pricing, and other commercial conditions.
• Collect, evaluate, and report information about market trends, technologies, competitors, and customer development needs.
• Contribute to the budget planning process and plan revenues for the assigned customers.
