Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in aerospace or a related environment, ideally with customer-facing or sales responsibility
- Solid negotiation experience
- Willingness to work mainly from the office and travel as required
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work effectively across teams
