Business Development Manager

Schimenti Construction Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for the New York City Metro area to drive strategic growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing new opportunities across retail, commercial, hospitality, luxury, wellness, and institutional sectors.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of business development, client management, or sales experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or related industries
• Strong network within NYC’s commercial, hospitality or development communities
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior‐level stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously and work collaboratively across departments
• Self‐motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, relationship‐driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred
