We are looking for a Junior/Medior L&D consultant / Learning Designer to work on learning solutions that help people and organizations grow. You will translate learning needs and customer questions into concrete and impactful learning interventions.
Requirements
- HBO or WO work and thinking level, for example in education science, educational science, or HRD
- Available for 32-40 hours per week
- Interested in learning, development, and didactics
- Affinity with blended learning, innovative learning forms, and AI
- Strong written skills
- Proactive and learning attitude
- Experience in designing learning solutions is a plus but not a requirement
