Implements training programs to standardize work methods and increase efficiency. Conducts training of employees on a daily basis and offers assistance to the management team to create advancement for team members.
Requirements
- Capable of creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly, encouraging and motivating trainees.
- Work 85-90% of shift on the shop floor to implement training requirements.
- Communicate effectively through hands on training, verbal training, and presentations.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and report feedback to the shift supervisors to assist in building a development plan.
- Maintain familiarity with various training techniques, use of company LMS, and proper procedures.
- Maintain significant knowledge of how to run machinery and be able to conduct training for a variety of positions.
