Independent and timely execution of monthly payroll and salary calculations, maintenance and management of personnel master and movement data, point of contact for employees and management on all payroll-related matters.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in compensation calculation
- In-depth knowledge of tax law, social security and labor law
- Safe handling of accounting systems (e.g. DATEV LODAS, SAP HCM, LOGA etc.)
- Very good MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel
