The HR and Administration Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administration functions by handling daily administrative tasks, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience of HR, Receptionist and administration position
- Knowledge of labour law and HR practices is an advantage
- Competent level skills in core IT application, particularly MS Office (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experiences in managing asset and fleet
- Demonstrate a friendly, customerāserviceāoriented attitude
- Telephone techniques/ Office foundation skill
- Has ability work under pressure, cope competing, demands and prioritized tasks
- Hardworking, service oriented, polite and friendly
- Some experience in coordination, providing training and presentation
