Requirements
- Background Screening: Execute end-to-end background checks
- Compliance Management: Ensure all screening processes adhere to FCRA, GDPR, and local labor laws
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records and files within the HRIS
- Adverse Action Processing: Handle the legal notification process for candidates with flagged results or discrepancies
- Administrative Support: Manage general HR documentation
