We're looking for a Teamlead Customer Service Operations to join our international team. As a people leader with a passion for operational excellence, you'll oversee administrative customer service activities, coach a team of coordinators, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Business Management, Office Management, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in order administration, customer service, or sales/service coordination in an international environment
- Proven experience in team coordination, process ownership, or operational leadership
- Strong affinity with ERP systems and business process flows
- Fluent in English, Dutch is nice plus, and additional languages are an asset
