Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in powertrain fundamentals, with hands-on experience in engine dynamometer development, validation, and calibration testing—including test specifications and setups.
- 4+ years of experience as a development and/or validation engineer supporting engine projects from initial development through to production.
- Experienced in using industry-standard vehicle and dynamometer data acquisition and analysis tools such as INCA and Vector, along with hands-on expertise in engine instrumentation—including strain gauges and thermocouples—for both vehicle and test cell applications.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical peers without direct authority.
- Strong interpersonal skills including accountability, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, succinct communication and ability to develop & mutually thrive in working relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
