Director of Career Planning & Resources

The Director of Career Planning & Resources oversees all general operations of the Scripps Career center, including strategic planning, program development, staff supervision, and external relations for career services for students and alumnae at Scripps College.

Requirements

• Experience in program development, presenting workshops, marketing, external relations, writing, research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience, managing, motivating, and overseeing multiple team members.
• Experience in career development and counseling work.
• Knowledge and understanding of the unique mission of a residential liberal arts education.
• Commitment to women’s education and interest in working in a collaborative, supportive, and creative environment.
