Registered Clinical Counsellor

Seabird Island is seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor to provide direct care and support to Indigenous individuals and families using trauma-informed and culturally safe practices. The RCC will deliver counselling services, conduct intake assessments, and work collaboratively with other health professionals and community programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a related field
• Current registration in good standing with a recognized regulatory body
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ recent experience in counselling or clinical mental health services
• Experience working with clients affected by trauma, intergenerational impacts, addictions, and mental illness
