Cook

We are seeking a Cook to join the team at Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The Cook will be responsible for cooking food as ordered, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Prepare ingredients for cooking
• Utilize personal protective equipment
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• Test foods for food safety
• Monitor food quality
• Set-up and break down work station
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area
