Strategic Accounts Technical Representative

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Strategic Accounts Technical Representative to join our Commercial team. This position will provide technical support for Strategic Business Account projects, interacting with customers such as Authorized FiberTite Applicators, General Contractors, building owners, architects, engineers, and roofing consultants.

Requirements

• Coordinating technical support for Strategic Projects or portfolio of projects based on region or Strategic Account needs.
• Conduct in-progress roof site visits to monitor installation quality, ensure adherence to roofing practices and specifications, and address any issues or concerns during installation.
• Provide ongoing communication regarding project status and assist the Strategic Account Project Manager and team with issue resolution.
