Maintenance & Engineering, Superintendent

The Maintenance & Engineering, Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance and engineering requirements for HaiSea Marine vessels and maintenance shop activities. This role focuses on vessel engineering and maintenance management, meeting project schedules and budget requirements. It involves formulating company policy, leading a team, ensuring safety, and implementing process improvement.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in relevant discipline or successful completion of an apprenticeship program
• Marine Certificate of Competency preferred
• Minimum 6 years of supervisory experience in a mechanical repair environment
• Technical skills and ability to interpret complex technical specifications
