Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Programs

Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on identifying and attracting early top talent, manage full-cycle campus recruitment, and build partnerships with university partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in full-cycle campus recruitment or recruiting for early-career roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a result-oriented manner
• Creative sourcing strategies to identify top campus talent
• Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Ability to work under pressure during peak intern recruitment seasons
• Confident public speaking abilities for campus events and career fairs
• Ability to create or contribute to campus-focused content
• Experience using ATS systems, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous experience with social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Consistently show strong attention to detail and accuracy
