Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in full-cycle campus recruitment or recruiting for early-career roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a result-oriented manner
- Creative sourcing strategies to identify top campus talent
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Ability to work under pressure during peak intern recruitment seasons
- Confident public speaking abilities for campus events and career fairs
- Ability to create or contribute to campus-focused content
- Experience using ATS systems, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Previous experience with social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Consistently show strong attention to detail and accuracy
