Seated is the first dynamic pricing platform for restaurants. We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive the success of our restaurant partners and shape the growth of our team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a sales, account management, or customer success role with a strong revenue focus
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles with consistent achievement of sales or upsell targets
- Experience managing enterprise or multi-location accounts and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and execute on high-impact opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead peers, setting the standard for execution and accountability
- A data-driven mindset: skilled at analyzing trends, spotting opportunities, and presenting insights persuasively
- Passion for the restaurant industry and helping partners grow through innovative solutions
