Secfix is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) SMB to expand its SMB segment in the UKI & Benelux region. The role involves building pipeline and generating high-quality opportunities for Sales through high-volume outbound execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Completed commercial training or Bachelor's degree
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for hitting targets
• Excellent English skills (CEFR C2 level)
• Confidence in cold calling and proactive outbound outreach
• High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection
