Job Description
The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring client site security by directing, supervising, and protecting assets. This role includes training personnel, reviewing assignments, maintaining reports, and ensuring safety and compliance with relevant laws. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience (Retail preferred)
- Knowledge of security operations (patrol, inspection, response)
- Experience in retail (preferred)
- Understanding of security devices and controls
- Competency in supervisory practices
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills
