Requirements

• Successfully completed study in computer science or economics
• At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master
• 5 years of experience in the direct environment of software development
• Strong communication skills
• Empathetic and result-oriented way of working
• Experience with various agile methods such as Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Nexus
• Skills in mediation and personnel management
• German and English language skills
