Talent Advisor

SeekOut is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join their internal recruiting agency team. The successful candidate will support key recruiting processes, build skills and expertise, and work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, staffing, or a related field
• Interest in building a career in talent acquisition, with a desire to learn about agency-style recruiting and client engagement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow—open to feedback and excited to develop new skills
