The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referring providers, community organizations, and healthcare partners to promote clinical services and enhance patient access. This role supports strategic outreach initiatives, coordinates events and educational programs, and serves as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
