Job Description
Rush Kids Peditric Thearpy is seeking a full time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Requirements
- Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
- Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
- Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
