Behavior Technician (BT)

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team to work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.

Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
