Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Aqua Instructor to motivate members to pursue a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs. Instructors will monitor members’ progress, create engaging classes, and provide safe exercises. This role involves motivating members and building a sense of community within the club.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training (i.e. Les Mills, Zumba, Keiser, U-Jam Fitness, etc.) accepted
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
