Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Aqua Instructor to encourage members to pursue a holistic fitness approach through group classes and recreational sports programs. The Instructor will motivate members, promote club events, and deliver engaging workouts, potentially leading classes and offering support to members in a variety of settings. Responsibilities include motivating students, safe exercise instruction, and ensuring a positive gym environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification
