Job Description
SALARY DESCRIPTION: $16.50/hour; + teaching premiums and bonus potential. The Instructor or Coach promotes a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs, creating an engaging workout experience. Duties include motivating members, facilitating classes, and demonstrating proper form and technique. This role may lead live or virtual classes and work with all ages.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or training requirements
- Lifeguard certification (for aqua programming)
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Flexibility/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Current CPR certification or pass within 60 days
