Job Description
SALARY DESCRIPTION: $16.50/hour with teaching premiums and bonus potential. The Instructor or Coach will create a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs. This role involves motivating members, creating engaging classes, providing a safe environment, and ensuring member growth.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification in a chosen fitness class (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years team sports experience teaching free programming
- USPTA, USTA Net Generation, USAPA, IPTPA, or US Masters certification (audition required)
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts
