Job Description
SALARY DESCRIPTION: $16.50/Hr; + teaching premiums and bonus potential. The Instructor/Coach promotes a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs, creating engaging and fun workouts. This role involves motivating members, promoting events, and coaching members to achieve their fitness goals. Roles may include live classes and virtual sessions.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification (or pass within 60 days)
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Audition required
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Willing to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
