Job Description
SALARY DESCRIPTION: $16.50/hr + teaching premiums and bonus potential. The Instructor/Coach promotes a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and sports programs, creating engaging and impactful workouts. They may lead classes and work with all ages.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training accepted
- Lifeguard certification (for aqua programs)
- 2+ years of team sports experience (for free programming)
- National certification required for paid programming (USPTA, USTA Net Generation, USAPA, IPTPA, US Masters certification)
- Strong motivational skills
- Teamwork & Communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
