Requirements
- 2+ years of high-end line experience (Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, or Sous Chef) in a Fine Dining environment
- Deep foundational knowledge of culinary techniques, seasonal ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Valid Food Handler Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+
