Job Description
As a Youth Stabilization Specialist, you will provide daily care, guidance, and emotional support to youth in our program, promoting emotional, behavioral, and social growth in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Provide continuous supervision, structure, and emotional support to youth
- Implement daily routines and behavioral support strategies
- Utilize trauma-informed communication and de-escalation techniques
- Participate in incident reviews, safety planning, and staff debriefings
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
