
Job description
The Subscription Services Leader is responsible for structuring, scaling and consolidating the Pool of Subscription Services of the Sensedia consulting, transforming recurring technical capabilities into a sustainable, predictable and value-oriented model for customers.
Structuring and scaling the Subscription Services Pool, defining and evolving pricing models, SLAs and operational governance, establishing and analyzing SaaS metrics, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience in leadership or management of initiatives, projects or services portfolios, and is able to structure and evolve service offers in an organized, scalable and value-oriented manner for the customer.
