Job Description
Sentara Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Chesapeake, VA. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations and manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- RN license in state(s) of practice
- Associate's Degree
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
- Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
