Sequoia's IT department is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide timely delivery of quality technical support to team members. The role involves managing the ticket queue, performing IT operations, and systems administration for the growing company.
Provide Tier 1-2 support to onsite and remote users, manage IT asset procurement, and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software. Perform Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, and maintain documentation.
The role requires a strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and experience with endpoint management and deployment solutions.
