Qualified Professional
1-4 years of experience in Human Services, Master's degree in related field or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience
Lead Staff
High school diploma/GED, experience serving people with disabilities. Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle. Up-to-date TB and state background check are required
Social Worker/ Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and 1-4 years of experience
Home Manager
HS diploma/GED & experience w/ clients w/ disabilities required. Valid driver's license & TB test are standard. Accurate record keeping & basic computer skills are a plus
Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist
NC license (CCS/LDAC-A). CDAC certification. Case management experience. Valid driver's license and insurance
Lead Staff
High school diploma/GED required. Experience serving people with disabilities is preferred. Must possess valid driver's license and insurance
Paraprofessional
Provide care to clients. Teach skills. Document everything accurately
Paraprofessional
High school degree required. Must be able to administer medication and maintain accurate records. Ability to communicate effectively and transport clients
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Valid NC license (CCS, LDAC-A, CDAC, or dependent). Basic math skills, understanding of mental health, & experience managing medication. Reliable transport required
