Job Description
This role within the Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) program provides activities and services to adult and adolescent consumers, assisting them in recovery and maintenance of skills. The SACOT Counselors perform service delivery, crisis response, and case management duties, ensuring a therapeutic relationship with clients and contributing to quality assurance and program improvement.
Requirements
- Valid NC license as Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) or Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor Associate (LDAC-A)
- Qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (CDAC)
- Experience in case management or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of public MH/DD/SA system and legal frameworks
- Valid Driver’s License
