We are hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager role to drive new business growth for Booking.com for Business in the United States.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution models, commission economics, and corporate travel procurement.
• Experience selling into sectors that manage frequent relocations or temporary accommodation needs (e.g., healthcare staffing, insurance displacement, construction, professional services, or entertainment).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based, performance-oriented sales structure.
• CRM proficiency (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
