General Manager I

Role Overview

The General Manager directs and coordinates the total activities of the service center and provides Leadership to all personnel and processes of the center.

What You Will Do

Analyze operating statements, prepare/review reports, analyze profitability, ensure accurate payroll, apply accounting control principles, plan/set/achieve sales goals, and ensure effective customer communications.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries preferred. Ability to utilize basic computer applications.

Requirements

• BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations
• 5+ Years of experience in the HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries
• Ability to utilize basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet)
