Requirements
- Lead a team of Client Directors and Account Managers
- Drive expansion across strategic accounts
- Build and drive sales strategy for the region
- Recruit, coach and mentor team members
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline
- Achieve annual sales goals
- Engage in C-level meetings
- Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, and the ServiceNow executive team
