Job Description
As a Partner Manager at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for building and managing partner practices, driving ecosystem governance, and accelerating growth through joint GTM plans and capacity planning. You will work with a specified set of ServiceNow partners to generate new business and ensure successful projects across all sales segments in a designated geo.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (Business Planning Guides, Enablement Journeys etc.)
- Effective coaching and enabling of partners
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ability to work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Partner Enablement
- Experience in conducting Quarterly and Bi-annual Business Reviews
- Ability to develop Partner Business Case + Program Roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
