The Associate Director, Medical Giving & Partnerships is a leadership role responsible for overseeing external funding initiatives, grants, sponsorships, and charitable giving within the US Medical and Patient Affairs team at Servier.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in medical education, grants management, medical communications, professional society relations, or medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a scientific, healthcare, or English discipline
- Adequate scientific knowledge in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases
- Strong leadership skills with experience in strategic planning, outcomes analytics, and process auditing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Understanding of ACCME, PhRMA, OIG, FDA, and Sunshine Act guidelines
- Proven expertise in sizeable budget management and grants/giving management systems (eg, Salesforce, CyberGrants, Envision, etc.)
