The Associate Medical Director will provide medical affairs support for the US Medical Affairs Plan in support of a drug’s development, launch, and lifecycle management. The role requires matrix leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- An advanced scientific degree, such as an MD or Ph.D. degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of Medical Affairs industry experience in Oncology therapeutic products required
- Strategic mindset with proven track record in product launches
- Ability to analyze trial and published data
- Experience with investigator-initiated trials (IITs) / investigator sponsored trials (ISTs) is required
- Understanding of, and experience with, the legal, regulatory, and compliance framework applicable to interactions with HCPs, payers, patient advocacy, and other business partners
