Requirements
- Comprehensive professional experience in consulting in the field of IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service
- Knowledge of ITIL (ideally certified) and ideally other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2, etc.
- Ability to quickly capture customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Sovereign appearance and communication skills on all levels
- Experience in conducting workshops, training or presentations
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
