Job Description
We're looking for a Consultant (IT Service Management) with experience in ITSM process and organization consulting, preferably in Service Asset and Configuration Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of software solutions like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow, and market-standard frameworks like ITIL, FitSM, COBIT. Requirements
- Experience in ITSM process and organization consulting, preferably in the area of Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant software solutions (ideally SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow)
- Comprehensive knowledge of market-standard frameworks (ITIL, FitSM, COBIT)
- High self-initiative and self-responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good English skills
- High customer orientation
- Travel readiness within DE, AT, CH
- Passion for consulting
