Enthusiastic about process structuring and transformation, with experience in Enterprise Service Management and ITIL, COBIT frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management
- Knowledge of relevant software solutions (ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, BMC Remedy or Matrix42)
- Sound knowledge in market-standard frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
- High level of self-initiative and independence
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English skills
- Willingness to travel within DE, AT, CH
