Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across U.S. Government, defense, intelligence, and allied mission environments by identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities aligned to SES Space & Defense capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with business development leadership, engineering, operations, and proposal teams to help shape opportunities, support customer relationships, and position the organization for long-term growth.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, capture, strategic sales, or growth-focused roles supporting government or defense-related customers
• Familiarity with DoD, Intelligence Community, civilian agency, or allied government acquisition environments
• Understanding of government procurement lifecycle, contract vehicles, and customer engagement processes
